Hi, I’m Lizzie!
I’m a degree-qualified, accredited clinical naturopath based in Newcastle, NSW. I am passionate about supporting women with all aspects of fertility and hormone health, including:
Preconception planning and fertility support
Pregnancy and birth preparation
Postpartum care, including breastfeeding support
PCOS and menstrual health
Thyroid health
Perimenopause and menopause transitions
My mission is to guide women through personalised, sustainable health solutions.
If you’re looking for a Newcastle naturopath who will meet you where you’re at and create an approach tailored to your unique journey, I’d love to work with you.

I believe health is a journey that should be empowering, supportive, and sustainable. If you're ready to explore a pathway to wellness that’s grounded in the naturopathic principles of healing, let’s start this journey together.
My Approach to Women’s Health
My own journey in women’s health has been profoundly shaped by my experience with PCOS. I received my diagnosis in 2018, and thanks to my training in herbal and nutritional medicine, I was able to manage my symptoms naturopathically, allowing me to conceive naturally and easily—twice! Now, as a mum of two, I’m deeply committed to helping other women with PCOS and fertility issues regain control over their menstrual health, fertility, and overall wellness. I understand firsthand the struggles and the triumphs, and it brings me immense joy to see other women thrive.
In my practice, I focus on uncovering and addressing the underlying causes of disease. I recognise that each woman’s body and experience is unique, so my approach is always individualised, compassionate, and centered on your specific needs. I am here to empower you with the tools to reach your health goals confidently.
